Our bonding know-how is the result of over 30 years’ experience. Our activity was created to meet the needs of the local footwear industry. We work for the main French actors in the leather, footwear, leather goods, bedding, textile and other industries. Bonding is the base which has enabled Digitex to exist with its own brands: DIGISOL, SENSORIA and TEMPO.

Our Products

POWDER BONDING

Distributed by the shaker according to a determined density, the powdered bonder is heated to create a thermo-bonded coating which provides total coverage for the background. For example, this creates thermo-bonding canvases (shoe lining) or cover for synthetics.

SPRAYING BONDING

This technique enables numerous delicate and wide products (2.80m) to be cold-bonded definitively. The complexes which are manufactured maintain their flexibility and fire resistance. They can resist reactivation by steam or heat.

FILM BONDING

We are equipped with a Lemaire heating grille for wide transfers such as sublimation printing or immediate bonding. We use this technique for the products in our SENSORIA range, with a dust-proof film.
